Very proud of my latest work for Fujifilm UK, promoting their new GF 23mm lens. So pleased with how this all came together!! We shot this up in Assynt with some fairly dreeech Scottish weather thrown into the mix.
Fuji wanted to shoot somewhere in the highlands and Assynt was perfect as it hasn’t been shot as much as some of the places on Skye and other parts of the west coast. Heading up Stac Pollidh to get the dramatic aerial shots was ideal as logistically it was much easier doing that than heading up Suilven or Cul Mor as it was only a 45min hike to the top.
I had a recce day prior to the shoot which was crucial as we didn’t have a lot of time to shoot the project. On the morning of the shoot we had planned to film Stac Pollidh first thing.. but when we got there we couldn’t even see the mountain, fortunately we changed location and headed back later in the day when it had cleared up!
