Mental health affects us all and it’s often something which is extremely difficult to convey or portray as to what can go on inside our own heads – but as Mike Guest suggests talking about it is the first step to get out of our heads.

I have nothing but admiration for Mike for having the courage to open up about his feelings and emotions and responding to my questions in such an open and honest way.
